Hometuary is free to read. The site is funded by advertising delivered by Google AdSense, and we want you to understand exactly how that works.
Who serves the ads
Advertisements on Hometuary are selected and delivered by Google and its advertising partners. Google may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can read how this works, and how to control it, in our privacy policy and in Google's advertising policies.
Advertising and editorial are separate
Advertisers do not choose, review, approve or influence our articles. We do not accept payment to recommend a plant, paint colour, product or brand. Products and brands that appear in guides are there because they illustrate a point, as explained in our editorial policy.
How to tell what is an ad
Ads that appear on the site are served automatically by Google and are labelled by Google. Everything else on the page is written by the Hometuary editorial team.
